No John this is a very common thing with kids but don’t eat anything which is going to be troublesome for their child may be too much spicy or yellow food you should avoid as per the older people say but otherwise there anyways little bit of dietary restrictions once you deliver the child because that is for the well-being of the mother as well as for the chance if you follow that much only that’s going to be good enough
