#asktheexperts I would like to give apple to my 9month kid. can u suggest how to give, like apple juice or raw apple

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. can give stew apple..You can boil or steam both..but better to steam..Steaming keeps more of the nutrients in. steam the food in a little bit of water just until soft enough to puree.
