A. oats Ragi avocado potato sweet potato mango banana full fat yogurt eggs pulses nuts are major weight gain foods. add desi ghee to the meals. but do not stick to only these foods include green vegetables seasonal fruits nuts legumes pulses cereal milk milk products eggs chicken fish mutton soups salads into the diet.
