Q.

#asktheexperts I was having low milk supply in the 1st month after delivery. So I was giving formula feed to my baby along with breast feed. after that my milk supply improved and until few days back my baby was completely on breastfeed gaining healthy weight. Now my daughter is 2 months 25 days old. I am experiencing low milk supply since 2 days. In last 2 days I have consumed lot of junk food. could that be the reason for reduced milk supply?

A. Absolutely not junk food is not responsible for drastically reducing down your breastfeeding some women gently cannot produce good amount of feeding and that’s the same with you also but just to be on the safe side I would recommend you to start taking powder that’s going to be helpful in increasing your breastfeeding
