Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 9 m old girl5 years agoA. yes it is com .Colic and gas is very common in babies till infancy moslty . Proper burping and positioning during feeding is important to reduce this . Gastica drop can be given up to 3 times for gas and meftal spas for pain .
