#asktheexperts I want to know diet plan for my daughter.

A. dear parent, for a diet plan for your 5 years old child, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits - 1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of processed and packaged foods.

A. Hi mom Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to your child. Give all that you cook for ur family Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
