#asktheexperts I want to know about the richness of iron and calcium foods... my child didn't want to eat wheat flour,pulses and vegetables

A. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron. all dairy n it's products are rich in calcium
