Malaasan Is a very good yoga position make your child sit into that at least for 5 to 10 minutes making your child sit in that and have warm water in the morning as first thing apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and give about 60 ML of prune juice before sleeping generally try to include buttermilk and papaya twice in a day and give more of fibres and fluids in the diet
