#asktheexperts I want to know about the congestion in my baby he has lots of cough n congestion fever is normal now what to do

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Steam inhalation is very good to relieve congestion or else nebulise the child with saline water twice a day especially at bed time and try giving warm liquids to the child and one teaspoon honey with little ginger drops in it twice a day

Give maxtra syrup for cold and cough.
Give steam inhalation to your baby two three times a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion.
Also babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks vaporub on the chest and throat to get relief from cough
