#asktheexperts I’ve been breastfeeding my boy who just turned 1 yesterday. He has not been gaining much weight hardly 200gms per month and now I am thinking of including formula is it right decision ?

A. Hello mom as per the age of the child he can now be give all usual regular foods that you make for the family now , as far as milk is concerned he can be given cows milk or any other animal or plant source milk and avoid formula milk
