#asktheexperts I sir my kid is having white spots like milk spots on face I know this normal but nw it's spreading all over the face from 3-4 months

White spots on the body and face could be some fungal infection or some conditions like pityriasis Alba which is aggravated by dryness of the skidn it needs proper clinical evaluation by the doctor. Prroper mousturisation of skin is very important and maintain a good hygiene .
