#asktheexperts I see few white patches on my baby face. is it due to heat in body? also there was a pimple few days ago.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi it could be fungal Infection or nutritional deficiencies etc. so better to visit your pediatrician for once. please don't try any homemade remedies. baby is too young so please don't try self medication too.
