#asktheexperts I regularly take Baidnath's vansaar supplement but suddenly my breast milk flow is stopped and i want to restart that again. please give me some way to start it

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. promolact capsule ok. if there is no relief it is better you see your doctor for proper examination particularly physical examination if there is need for doing investigations to find out the problem and treatment ok

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. Shatavari powder you can take as of now you can take it three times with warm milk in the day and that’s a very good lactation supplement that I am suggesting you to start with hopefully this should live up to your increment of lactation
