ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello Dear mum you are advised to exclusively breastfed baby for the initial 6 months of age breast feed the baby at a gap of 2 hours for 15 to 20 minutes from both the breast and as a mother have lots of fluid and fibre in your diet
