Q.

#asktheexperts I'm having lactation supplies from the day I've given birth to my daughter. It's being 3 weeks now but my milk supply is not enough to fulfill my baby. I'm giving her formula milk instead. What will I do?

Have you done any dietary alterations because usually women’s want to lose weight early so they do dietary alterations that can also lead to the problem so you should focus focus more on a protein rich diet and good amount of liquid should definitely be a part of your diet other than that you should also consume good amount of liquids
