#asktheexperts I m feeling tired often and I'm having slightly pain in limbs back and legs....what to do

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. g you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. you can eat dry fruits with honey. Also eat eggs and chicken and take chicken soup. You can also take vegetables soup. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please eat iron and calcium rich food items and avoid maida or oily or outside food items. Continue with the supplements as suggested by your gynaecologist. Thanks and take care
