Ma’am sitting posture is not correct which is why you are experiencing this pain you can give formula of course not a problem but when you have good breastfeeding you should try to breastfeed the child for initial six months and for the pain you should correct your posture and talk to your doctor about your lactation doctor will be able to give you correct assistance on that
