Shaista TarannumMom of a 16 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. it's your personal choice to take all these supplements. but given a chance I woykd certainly not recommend these products to anyone. opt for natural ways like walking, or yoga and take a suitable diet. this may take a bit longer to lose weight but any day better than taking any such products.
