#asktheexperts I'm diabetic mother even before pregnancy now my baby is 55 days old.. I'm not taking any sugar medicines... but my sugar levels are up now today morning it is 200.. shall I brestfeed my child will my sugar effect her?

A. Hello mama diabetic mother can breastfeed the baby.. There is no problem in that.. please take ur medications under the guidance of ur doctor .. Mother should exclusive breastfeed her baby till 6 months
