ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. no, it will not harm your baby. in fact it's good to increase breast milk production. you should have high protein food , green veggies n fresh fruits with plenty of fluids .

No Fenugreek is good option it helps in increasing breast feeding also so if you have anything and every thing that you are eating in a moderate and a proper quantity so it is not going to affect your child in any manner just that spices should be very moderate not high
