Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually then increased . Also take plenty of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

If you go ahead with losing your weight right now with anything then you will go ahead with losing your breast feeding as where have some patience to lose on to your weight as and do it after six months to 1 year do not be be in a hurry right now you should focus upon yourself and your child
