Constipation is common in breast feed babies. They can go without poop for 5-6 days altogether and even more. If ur baby is active and comfortable otherwise then no need to worry.
Burp ur baby well after every feed in upright position to avoid gas issues. Given colic aid 2-3 times in a day to help baby expel gas from stomach
