#asktheexperts I'm a breast feeding mother of 4month old baby I'm becoming weak day by day so I thought of drinking Horlicks which Horlicks is best for breast feeding mother.

A. take a healthy diet and take plenty of liquids further you can contact with your doctor and you can get the the solution for this by discussing with him he will guide you for more details if required . ngh Its always better to take the guidance by the concerned person with the geniune advice ...
