#asktheexperts I m 2 month pregnant..what is the healthy diet for my baby??

A. hello dear good afternoon this is the time you have to eat 5 times in a day breakfast lunch and dinner and in between two healthy snacks along with that in between lots of fluids should be had by you your plate should comprise of chapati rice Dal salad curd and if you are a non vegetarian you can definitely take a bowl of non veg in your diet sprouts salad nuts and dried fruits should also be included Fluids like coconut water buttermilk lemon water all the seasonal fruits and vegetables should be the part of your diet
