#asktheexperts i lost so much weight after 1 year of my baby ,become skinny and she is taking breastfeed as well.. any solution to this?

A. dear mum , cinsult doctor to assess for any reasons like hormonal changes also make sure to have balanced n nutritious meals adequate sleep n exercise for muscle tone
