Q.

#asktheexperts i just got my child’s 10 year old boy’s routine check up done..annual check up wherein his hba1c is 6.0..though his daily sugars are fine. He is lean and active with no family history of diabetes..his height is 145 cm and weight 33.5 kg. Do i need to worry about hba1c.

A. hi mom keep his doet maintained and keep a check dont worry but limit packaged foods give cows milk once a day avoid full fat dairy milk include variety of vegetables and fresh fruits
