#asktheexperts i have two sons age 10&6 both have broken nail issues and very thin body ....what is the main issue any deficiency .

A. ok. broken nails indicate calcium deficiency. please give them 2-3 serving of dairy each day. you may start syp ostocalcium b12 daily to him take care n all the very best
