Q.

#asktheexperts I have stopped breastfeeding at 3months due to lack of milk, now my baby is6.5 month old. now I would like to continue now breastfeeding.? is it possible?

A. Yes of your milk flow is enough then you can and prefer direct matching from breast instead of feeding through feeder abd you can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals

A. hi dear There's no right or wrong way to stop breastfeeding. For lots of mothers and babies, stopping breastfeeding happens gradually as the child grows and eats more solid foods. It's important that solid food should not simply replace breast milk.
