#asktheexperts I have severe back pain, knee pain and joint pain. I used AC on 28 to 29 for smaller duration after delivery. Does this cause this kind of pain. I never had this kind of pain before delivery. I had c-section delivery. my baby is around 1 year old now. Kindly guide what should I do.

it's not related to AC.
having back pain is mostly related if your sitting in wrongs feeding position so you should always sit with a proper back support with your back straight while feeding the baby
 you can have some mild painkillers.
Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints
Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
