Shatavari powder is a very good option you can go ahead with that I personally do not feel it’s going to be a good option for you to take your sister feed for the child she must also be feeding a child so it’s better that you try and work upon increasing your milk by including the supplement I am suggesting otherwise if you want to use the milk as you are suggesting them talk to your doctor once
