#asktheexperts i have given fish to my baby , is breast milk is good for baby after one hour of eating fish?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. Most fish contain some level of mercury. When a mother eats fish, the mercury in the fish can be passed into her breast milk. However, the benefits of breastfeeding may be greater than the possible adverse effects of exposure to mercury through breast milk.
