Q.
#asktheexperts I have delivered baby girl through normal delivery on 28-01-2022 . At first I was able to satisfy my baby need for milk. now a days i feel I don't have sufficient milk to satisfy my baby's demand. if i try to express after is feed i can't see even a drop of milk. and also left side i can feel more milk and right side very low . please guide me to increase my breast milk

You Can you take support from lactation supplements and also you should have good amount of fibrous proteins into your diet about 4 to 5 L of water per day these things are going to be helpful and if required u can consult a lactation specialist as well
