Q.

#asktheexperts i have delivered a baby girl in may i have got my period back on 28 july and the flow is also heavy Then again i got my oeriods back on 13 august this tym also the flow is heavy and black in clour and my supply of milk has also decreased Wat can i do ?

A. hi parent it could last for couple of months but if the flow is heavy please consult your gynecologist take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 and keep your self well hydrated
