#asktheexperts i have been delivered my baby on 5 august.from that day its been 25 days.i cant feed my baby.as my brrastmilk is low on whole day if i pump its upto 30ml

You can try any supplement to increase your milk you can take fenugreek capsules twice in a day for breakfast and evening you can take her after dinner and then that is going to be good for apart from that is very important that you do focus upon a healthy protein rich diet balance diet plus good amount of liquids
