#asktheexperts i have been breastfeeding as well as giving formula to my baby and i have noticed that she is suffering from constipation. She does not go to the toilet daily and she cries everyday while trying to go. What can be done to treat constipation?

Constipation in this age is normal when you start giving external feeding to the child that’s normal to be seen but it gets better over the period with the diet that you have if you have generally more fibres and fluids in your diet it will help in weight reduction also
