#asktheexperts I have a month old baby boy. how do I check if he is getting proper feed? I am on exclusive breastfeeding. My breast are not tight it's soft. so I don't know if I have sufficient milk for my baby. also, my baby sleeps most of the time so I am not sure if he is getting proper milk. Please advise.

As long as the baby is healthy and active, accepting feeds regularly, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, gradually, gaining weight there, shouldn’t be any problem about feeding. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand.
