#asktheexperts i have 3 month old twins one baby is not gaining weight she was 2 kg at birth and she is still just 4 kg we are giving both breastfeed as well as formula what can i do ?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and scome other factors like shome chronic infection specially urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .
