#asktheexperts I have 13 month baby girl.i want get weight? what can I do for gain weight?

A. Hai good evening !! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. Feed 3 meals and 2 snacks include high protein, calcium, carbohydrates,fat foods which helps in weight gain. Banana, mango, potato, beans, peas, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder, idly, dal (moongdal, chanadal, toor dal, rajma) dry fruits and nuts powder, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,dal rice curd rice,egg, meat, poultry helps in increasing weight.
