#asktheexperts i had c-section delivery. no complications at the time of delivery After my delivery I haven't visited the doctor my period has started after 2 month only.but in the third month it was not proper very less blood flow . also any cream for stitches and stretch mark

Try to maintain a healthy lifestyle and use proper contraceptive method to avoid unwanted pregnancy. You can use bio oil for stretch marks

I would like to tell you that you can use a mixture of Kapoor and coconut oil that is what is going to be helpful and once you resume with your period sometimes initial six months can be difficult where you can see abnormality into your period but after that it normally becomes fine
