#asktheexperts I had c sec delivery 2 months back and had cervical stich removed at the time of delivery. now during intercourse I am having pain in vagina. pls guide on this

in case of C-section your internal sutures may take six to eight months to heal so avoid intercourse

You Should wait for 8 to 10 weeks and sometimes 12 weeks specially when you had a C-section which is why probably your area is paining when you’re having intercourse you get it checked with your doctor once your gynaecologist would be able to give you a better guidance on this issue
