#asktheexperts i had a baby 6 month back via c sec but im stil not recovered back pain, depression , overthinking are still there . i dont feel good about myself and doesnt feel happy. What can do to recover ASAP?

A. hi mom if u r over burdened with work then u should have a maid .. take put time for urself .. start yoga and meditation .. give time for self grooming
