#asktheexperts I got my 9 month old baby vaccinated from government hospital. Do I need to get my baby vaccinated for typhoid? Also what all vaccines are necessary for baby that are not given in govt hospitals?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. All the vaccination should be given according to the vaccination schedule whether the government or IAP schedule and you can discuss with your pediatrician regarding the details of the vaccination.
Pulse polio immunization programme is provided by the government to all children below 5gu years of age. if your child has received polio vaccine before as per the schedule then also you should give this vaccine on the the pulse polio day as this is dan additional vaccine.
For polio vaccine dates and related query you need to contact your local authorities .
