#asktheexperts I got know from my grandmother that we should squeeze baby's nipple after birth so that a solid substance comes out in order to avoid heavy breasts. Is this true? if yes then what can be done now to avoid heavy breasts as my son is now 5+ months

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. no plz don't follow such practices it causes severe infection in babies feed the baby regularly and burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene
