#asktheexperts I got know from my grandmother that we should squeeze baby's nipple after birth so that a solid substance comes out in order to avoid heavy breasts. Is this true? if yes then what can be done now to avoid heavy breasts as my son is now 5+ months

A. no plz don't follow such practices it causes severe infection in babies feed the baby regularly and burp everytime after feeding adequately maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output maintain hygiene

A. hi no mam no need of it please don't do it. don't rely on Such myths. if your child is happy and active, gains enough weight,take feeds and sleep well, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need to worry about anything
