Q.
#asktheexperts I get very less milk supply.. I have twin babies. not enough for one.. i tried eating daliya, moog faal, masur daal, etc. and also Himalayas shatavri kalp by doctor advice.. still I get very less milk.

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. since it's twins milk supply may be low To boost lactation take lactare tablet and galact granules add oats and meat in the diet take lots of the oral fluids maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output you can give formula if required with spoon

The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Be stress free. Continue to feed your babies. Regularly massage your babies with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Good luck and take care.
