#asktheexperts I feel my self clingy, depressed, introvert, and lazy I can't control my emotions. every time when I'm alone I want cry loudly.

A. It seems like you are overthinking so first of all try yo relax abd calm down start doing pranayam and meditation in the morning hours sip chamomile tea in night before going to bed and start some hobby

A. I 'm in joint family so much house chores that I can't give time to my self. how do I manage ?my day start with 5 am nd back to back work are going nd finally done at 2 pm

A. hello it will b better if you can engage yourself in some activities which should be good and also try out yoga or meditation and if needed you can also take a counselling too
