#asktheexperts I delivered baby 2.5 months back but still i am having pain in my stiches and irritation too .. It was a normal delivery

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. avoid sex n constipation. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom yes this is normal. It can take around six months for the stitches to heal internally and externally.. If the irritation or pain is unbearable then consult your gynecologist for the proper diagnosis and treatment for the same. take care
