Q.

#asktheexperts I barely sleep at night, I am 35 weeks pregnant, without sleep feeling very tired even.. my doctor said everything is normal... but I am really lack of sleep..what to do?

A. yes this is very common during last trimester so you can just sleep whenever you are feeling sleepy and rest of the time you can keep yourself busy in some work or activity

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is better to consult with your treating gynaecologist in person as she knew the exact health condition of your pregnancy and can guide you better and also try to do feet massage before sleeping as it helps in sound sleep.
