Q.

#asktheexperts I am.working women , due to some reason need to join work back in 5 months , in this case how should I manage to feed baby with different and healthy options?

A. Dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Breastfeed baby before going to work and after work. While you are at work, baby can be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. Breast milk stays good at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of refrigerator for 24 hours. Introduce top food after 6 months.
