#asktheexperts I am suffering from back ache after my delivery any suggestions for food habits or faily routine changes to be implemented

A. Hello mom massage is highly recommended after delivery for a women as your body has undergone so much it helps in to relax and strech that will help to a very large extent also the gynaecologist might have suggested some post delivery exercise do that and when ever sitting use support. Avoid refined , sugary and processed foods
