#asktheexperts I am not sure if my breastmilk is enough for the baby, she always asks top feed post it, it is normal nd okay to give top feed post every meal? Or I should exclusively give only breast milk?

A. Hello! As long as your babies is healthy and active, gradually, gaining weight, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times daily, I guess your breastfeeding should be well enough for the proper hydration and nutrition for the baby. Try as much to exclusively breastfeed your baby instead of depending on the formula.
